When contacting support, please include:

  • Which server you’re using (NPI Registry, ICD-10 Codes, CMS Coverage, Clinical Trials, ChEMBL, or bioRxiv)

  • Request Metadata (request ID, date and time)

  • What you’re trying to do (brief description of your use case)

  • What’s happening (error messages, unexpected results, or other issues)

  • Steps to reproduce (what you did that led to the issue)

This information helps us assist you more quickly and effectively.
